🍎 May 4th - 8th 🍎

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week (this year, with a "Friends" theme) is coming up!

If you’re able, please consider signing up for a volunteer slot or two to support your child’s teacher or another staff member. It’s a simple way to give back, stay connected, and show our appreciation for all they do each day.

We’re looking for a few helping hands to support our teachers and staff during key parts of the school day: Morning and afternoon crosswalk duty, recess duty, or car pick up/drop off duty.

We also need help with decorating the conference room on Monday May 4th as well as picking up & setting up meals and snacks during the week.

Calling all campers!

Get ready for a sleepover under the stars...or, if camping isn't your cup of tea, just spend a fun evening catching up with friends, dining on pizza, and watching a movie on the biggest screen you've ever seen while munching on snacks.

Do:

✅ Pack up plenty of gear for staying comfy & warm

✅ Bring the whole family (siblings are welcome)

Don't:

❌ BYOB (for liability reasons, alcohol isn't allowed on school grounds)

❌ Forget to complete your PTA waiver if you haven't already

Our last association meeting of the year...

Your hard work makes all of our programs and events possible, from weekly garden club meetings to our annual gala, to school-wide celebrations like Harvest Fest, Talent Show, Cultural Heights, and beyond  💙

We can't wait to celebrate YOU at our end-of-year PTA meeting + volunteer appreciation breakfast, coming up on May 21st at 8:15am. We'll also have a special guest in attendance: DMUSD Superintendent Marisa Janicek.

⭐️ Don't miss it! ⭐️
